These terms apply to the Gubbos Swap beta, run by Paweł Strzałkowski ("we"). By playing Gubbos Swap you agree to them.

This is a beta
- Gubbos Swap is test software provided "as is". It may have bugs, be unavailable at times, or lose data.
- During the beta we may change, rebalance or reset critters, genes, rules and progress, and we may end the beta.
Who can play
- The beta is for players aged 16 and older. You confirm this on the Welcome screen.
- One person per account. Keep your recovery code safe — we don't know your email, so without it we can't give you your account back.
Play fair
- No farming (for example swapping critters back and forth or with your own accounts just for mutations), no bots, scripts or modified apps, no exploiting bugs and no attacks on our servers.
- Don't abuse swaps or shared links, and don't use Gubbos Swap to harass anyone or reveal other people's private information.
- We may limit, reset or close accounts that break these rules.
Critters and swaps
- Critters are game items. They have no monetary value and may not be sold or traded for money.
- A swap is final once both players confirm it — there is no undo. Every critter keeps its DNA history forever.
No payments
- The beta is free. There are no purchases and no ads.
Photos, videos and sharing
- AR photos and videos you make stay on your phone. If you share them, you are responsible for what you share and where.
Leaving
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account. Our Privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
Liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost critters, progress or data during the beta. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.

- We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
